Step 1 — Guest Arrival
Guests check in with:
-> Sandals Airport Desk (sandals and non-sandals guests)
-> Sandals Airport Rep will direct them to the meeting point for the shuttle transfer.

Step 2 — Ground Transfer to UVF Port
Guests and luggage are transported by shuttle (approx. 6 minutes).

Step 3 — Boarding from UVF Port to Ferry
-Airport Express Ferry staff load luggage and assist guests.
-Welcome and safety briefing provided.

Step 4 — Ferry Route
UVF Port → Port Castries → Rodney Bay Marina

Step 5 –Ferry Transfer to Port Castries
-  Disembark depending on hotel location
- Airport Express Ferry assigns ground transfer by hotel cluster.

Step 6- Ferry Transfer to Rodney Bay Marina to Hotel
-  Disembark depending on hotel location
-  Airport Express Ferry assigns ground transfer by hotel cluster.

*******Kindly note that there is only one ferry departure time, at 4:30 pm.



Transfer Times

- UVF to Ferry Terminal: approximately 6 minutes
- Ferry Terminal to Castries Port: approximately 90 minutes
- Castries Port to Rodney Bay Marina: approximately 30 minutes
- Ferry Terminal to Rodney Bay: approximately 120 minutes
 
**Shuttle Transfers**
- Gros Islet to Rodney Bay Marina: approximately 15 minutes (inclusive of traffic considerations)
- Castries surrounding resorts to Castries Port: approximately 15 minutes (inclusive of traffic considerations)
