What does the booking price of an excursion include?
The cost of each tour generally covers round-trip resort hotel transfers, guaranteed entry passes to the destination landmark facilities, and dedicated certified guiding personnel. Individual excursion packages may also bundle light snacks, tropical fruits, or full lunches—please verify specific amenities directly within your preferred tour's description menu.
How far in advance should I reserve a tour?
We strongly recommend securing your bookings as early as possible to guarantee your preferred itinerary dates and departure times. While basic shared tour spaces can often be finalized up to 24 hours before launch, exclusive slots inside our Private and Bespoke Collections fill up quickly and should be coordinated well in advance.
What happens if a tour is affected by rain or rough weather?
Excursion departures during rainfall depend heavily on the specific activity booked. Land-based routes typically proceed through brief tropical showers, while marine operations facing rough sea swells, lightning, or high-risk maritime conditions will be put on hold. If weather disruptions require a cancellation, our concierge team will reach out directly to coordinate structural rescheduling options or alternative itineraries.
What is the cancellation policy for resort hotel guests?
For standard shared tours, cancellations requested more than 96 hours before the tour date receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 96 hours incur a 25% fee, within 48 hours a 50% fee, and requests finalized 24 hours or less prior to departure are non-refundable. Note that distinct terms apply for standalone shore excursions and large group packages.
